For clients who do not wish to invest large capital sums into their IT infrastructure, we provide Rental Systems solutions which incorporates our “comprehensively covered” offering.  There is no worry over costly hardware failure, or support costs, as these are comprehensively covered within the monthly fee.

The rental system contract covers the rental of the Server hardware, IT Support and all maintenance on the machine for the entire period of the contract. The maintenance included is our Premium Managed IT Support Services Contract, covering installation of all security patches and operating system updates. There are unlimited callouts in the event of hardware or operating system or MS Office issues. The contract covers Remote IT Support and & over the phone support in addition to the onsite time.

Our rental Servers include; fast multiple system drives, multiple mirrored data drives and internal drives to accommodate data images, which will improve redundancy and offer excellent disaster recovery. The monthly cost factors in the installation, configuration and data migration to the Server. This allows a cost effective method of spreading the expense of improved IT Services.

If the infrastructure is available at your office (Internet & Router). Then the central data storage provides you and your staff secure access to the business files. They can access them from external locations, such as Home, McDonalds, or Costa Coffee safely.
