Abuse Complaint Policy

Our Policy on Abuse Complaints

J & J Systems UK Limited has a zero tolerance attitude to abuse of our services if you have a abuse complaint please get in touch.

Please submit issues regarding the abuse of our services including, but not limited to; illegal activity, the exploitation of children, spam, phishing and malware. We also have zero tolerance for spam activity.

What do we do?

We review all abuse complaints for validity and will take appropriate action. As part of our investigation it may also be necessary for us to corroborate your complaint with our customer.

Any issues or abuse complaints such as the following can be emailed to us with as much detail as possible.

Spam

Please email us to abuse@jjsystems.co.uk and provide some details including, To, From, Subject, Date, Email headers and content.

You can provide this by; either copying and pasting the information into the following form. Uploading a copy of the email as a file is also OK with regards to an abuse complaint.

Please note for us to process your request, the unsolicited email must contain a URL.

Phishing  –

Abuse Complaint – Please email us to abuse@jjsystems.co.uk with details of the unsolicited email you have received.

In order for us to assist you, please provide some details. Make sure to include the following; either the name of the offending domain, or the site’s IP address and email headers and content.

You can provide the email headers and content by either copying and pasting the information into the following form. Or upload a copy of the email as a file. with the subject – Abuse Complaint.

Inappropriate Content

Please email us to abuse@jjsystems.co.uk with details of the content you would like to report. In order for us to assist you, please provide the URL of the offending material. Title the email – Abuse Complaint.

Malware

Please email us to abuse@jjsystems.co.uk with details of the virus, malware or site that promotes or encourages hacking or cracking.

You will be asked to provide some details including the following; either the name of the offending domain, or the site’s IP address along with evidence to support your claim.

Contact us – 

Please speak to our Support Deskif you are in any doubt about an email in your Inbox or Junk Mail.  Never open an attachment from an unknown sender and even those from known senders. If you are not expecting it, for more information get in touch or have a look at our Cybercrime and awarenesscourses.
