Email Attachment Sizes
Did you know that the industry standard maximum email attachment sizes accepted by most mail servers is 10mb?
Of course there are however ways around this limit, with the simplest way to dodge the limit. Just send the attachments as multiple emails or to use a product such as Dropbox to transfer your files.
Excessive email Attachment Sizes can cause your mail servers to slow and become cumbersome. There can be issues with file backups and restoration in the event of disaster & indexing for searching will slow if your mailbox becomes massive.
