In the event of a catastrophe – or even home working.  With the recent COVID-19 pandemic, our clients have been able to take their handsets home, and plug in to their own routers, working remotely seamlessly.

We really enjoy providing your staff with training in Hosted Telephony and how to use the phone system. Plus offering all clients the ability to use our easy to read, graphical online tutorials too. This in house training helps to ensure that even new members of your team, are kept up to date with the phone systems and functions.
