Luke joined the company early 2023. He has worked his way up to second line from fixing Magazine subscription to now 7 years support history. Luke has maintained support for employees and for servers across the business, specialising in Microsoft 365, in which, he helped support international offices with support queries.
Luke is now a key member of the support desk as part of the second line team he is vital in supporting the first line engineers and training new staff. Lukes can do attitude and funny ways have be great for the team.
